Submission of an article for publication is equivalent to the statement that the author owns full copyright to the text and the text does not infringe the rights of third parties and also authorizes the publication of the article in the “Journal of Machine Construction and Maintenance” (referred to as “The Quarterly” in the following text) in printed and electronic versions, with the printed version considered the primary version. In the case of a claim by a third party resulting from the text or rights mentioned above, the person submitting the text undertakes to bear full responsibility and costs associated with the claim. The editorial staff is not responsible for any liability arising on this account.
Submitting an article for the publication means that the author authorizes the subsequent actions related to the review procedure and policy, and the changes to the submitted text (e.g., correction of errors) and other changes resulting from editorial or linguistic principles. The person submitting the text accepts all terms of publication.
The consent for publication is unequivocal with granting the publisher the right (license) to issue the work in print and in electronic form (“open access”). The granting of the license is unequivocal with the Author’s consent to publish the content of the article in full-text scientific databases with which the journal cooperate.
The article should be accompanied by the affiliation, the e-mail addresses, and the telephone contact numbers of the authors.

Articles are generally published in English. Each article should contain a title, abstract, and keywords in two language versions: Polish and English.
The Journal of Machine Construction and Maintenance allows the author(s) to hold the copyright without restrictions and will allow the author(s) to retain publishing rights without restrictions
